In the owner's words

In The Pits Mobile Mechanic is exactly what it sounds like: one experienced mechanic — Jeff — a van full of tools, and the whole Denver Metro & Front Range as the shop floor. There's no franchise fee baked into your bill, no dispatcher juggling twelve crews, and no service advisor working on commission. That matters for a simple reason — accountability. The person who quotes the job is the person who does the job, and the person whose name is on the invoice. When your car gets fixed, you know exactly who fixed it and who stands behind it. The name comes from racing: when a car is in the pits, one crew gets it back on track fast, and it's done right the first time. That's the standard for every driveway this van parks in.
